前言：目的：探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻部组织缺损修复中的作用。

Objective : To investigate the effect of nasolabial sulcus flap in the reconstruction of nasal tissue defects .

结论：鼻部组织缺损范围不大，用邻近鼻唇沟单、双皮瓣修复，能取得满意的临床效果。

Conclusion : As the nasal defects are not too wide , they can be repaired by transplantation single flap and bilateral flap which are near nasolabial sulcus .

结果本组共32例，术后眉外侧平均上提8mm，鼻唇沟变浅，获随访的7例为术后3～24个月，除皱效果满意。

Results This group has 32 cases , external eyebrow was averagely raised 8mm with dimple nasolabial sulcus . 7 cases were followed-up for 3 to 24 months , the results were satisfactory .

测得鼻唇沟内侧脂肪厚度为1.3mm，外侧为4.5mm。

The medial and lateral subcutaneous fat of the nasolabial groove was 1.3 mm and 4.5 mm in thickness respectively .
