Effect and Experience of Penetrating Keratoplasty for Treatment of Adherent Leukoma

Ⅲ度烧伤7眼，视力恢复至0.05者2眼，0.1~0.3者5眼；角膜薄翳3眼、角膜白斑4眼，角膜血管增生3眼。

Eyes in grade ⅲ burn group : 2 eyes ′ vision to 0.05,0.1 ~ 0.3 in the other 5 eyes , the nebula in 3 eyes , leukoma in 4 eyes , 3 eyes with corneal neovascularization .

方法：用穿透性角膜移植术治疗角膜穿孔后粘连性角膜白斑11例11眼，观察手术后的眼球保留、移植片透明性、术后视力等指标。

Methods : 11 patients ( 11 eyes ) of adherent leukoma were treated by PKP .

角膜恢复透明11眼，角膜斑翳7眼，角膜白斑2眼，角膜新生血管9眼，睑球粘连1眼。

Among the 20 eyes , there were 11 eyes with recovered corneal transparency , 7 eyes with corneal scaring and 2 eyes with total opacity , 9 eyes with corneal neovascularization , 1 eye with symblepharon .

术后3个月时，7例角膜恢复透明，4例形成角膜斑翳，2例形成角膜白斑，眼表恢复稳定。

Corneal transparence was achieved in 7 eyes , macula in 4 eyes and leucoma in 2 eyes 3 months after the operation .

结论：与发达国家角膜移植最常见病因为大泡性角膜病变不同，角膜炎后角膜白斑、外伤后角膜疤痕、角膜溃疡并穿孔依次是国内角膜移植最常见的原因。

CONCLUSION : Different from the mostly common etiology of corneal transplant is bullous keratopathy in developed countries . Keratoleukoma after keratitis , corneal scar after external injury , corneal ulcer with perforation are in order the commonly reasons of keratoplasty at home .

方法我们对用药无法控制的严重全角膜病变9例进行回顾性研究，其中化脓性角膜溃疡8例，大泡性角膜病变伴全角膜白斑1例。

Methods 9 patients with severe whole keratopathy by inefficacious drug treatment were retrospective study , among the 9 cases , 8 cases with total purulent corneal ulcer , 1 case with bullous keratopathy and total corneal leucoma . CST was performed on all the patients .
