结果：逆相蒸发法制备的脂质体包封率高于冻融&超声法（P＜0.01）。流式结果显示两种方法制备的脂质体转染率无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。
Result : The rate of liposome envelopment completed with the contra-phas-evaporated method is substantially ( P < 0.01 ) higher than the liposome completed with the thaw-freeze-ultrasonic method while the effect of transfection was of no sharp difference ( P > 0.05 ) .
