该方法首先用超声波法提取饲料中的硫酸粘杆菌素，通过旋转蒸发将提取液浓缩后，利用HPLC进行检测。

The method consists of ultrasonic extraction of colistin sulfate in feed sample , condensation of the extraction liquid by rotary evaporator , and determination by HPLC .

结果显示，国产硫酸粘杆菌素径口测定的LD50为711.45mg/kg，属于低毒类化合物；而小鼠骨髓微核及精子畸形试验结果均为阴性，表明其不具致突变作用。

The results showed that the LD50 of sulfate colistin was 711.54 mg / kg , and the results of bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test examined by t-test were negative , which indicates sulfate colistin is non-genotoxic .
