目的：观察隔附子饼温和灸治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的增效作用，探讨治疗RA新的有效方法。

Objective To observe the effect-increasing action of cake-separated mild moxibustion on rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ), and to probe a new method for RA .

按照其就诊先后顺序随机的将患者分为两组：隔附子饼温和灸配合口服来氟米特组（治疗组）、单纯口服来氟米特组（对照组）。

According to the order of random doctor will patients were divided into two groups : the bread sticks with mild aconite oral to fluorine milt group ( treatment group ), simple oral to fluorine milt group ( control group ) . 2 .

方法设隔附子饼艾灸组、隔附子饼微烟灸组、隔姜艾灸组作临床对比观察，治疗类风湿性关节炎。

Method Aconite cake separated moxibustion , aconite cake separated slight smoke moxibustion and ginger separated moxibustion groups were established for the comparison of their clinical curative effects on rheumatoid arthritis .

结果隔附子饼艾灸组总有效率为93.33%，隔附子饼微烟灸组总有效率为81.25%，隔姜艾灸组总有效率为93.75%。

Results The total effective rate was 99.33 % in aconite cake separated moxibustion group , 81.25 % in aconite cake separated slight smoke moxibustion group and 93.75 % in ginger separated moxibustion group .
