目的：了解我国粮谷类食物中DON的污染现状及评估居民膳食DON暴露量。

Objective : To find out the contamination reality of DON in the cereal food in china and estimate DON reveals amounts in resident meals .

结果该地区高血压患者膳食的主要特点是：主食以粮谷类为主，奶及奶制品摄入量低，油脂摄入以动物油脂为主；

Results Corn was the main food , the rate of milk and products intake was very low and the percentage of animal oil was too high .

男、女生蔬菜、水果、鱼类、奶类、蛋类摄入均未达到要求，女生粮谷类摄入严重不足。

Intake of vegetable , fruit , fish , milk and egg was not reaching the requirements . Intake of cereal food of girl students was seriously inadequate .
