This is a motor hoist ( winch ) with low ( high ) wrapping speed .

具体施工过程中，通过特制的穿引梭头，选择合适的起重设备及架设地点，采用多台电动卷扬机由上而下垂直吊装敷设，圆满地完成了电缆的敷设。
By using specially made spindle head , selecting suitable lifting equipment and erection place , cable is laid sucessfully from top to bottom with some electrical shafts .
