通过对国际环境法渊源的分析，笔者认为国际环境义务可以被分为两类，对它们的违反将引起两种性质炯异的国家环境责任。
Through the analyse of the origin of international environmental law , the author take the opinion that the international environmental obligation can be divided into two types and the violation of those would induce two different kinds of state environmental responsibility .
