本文以北京市昌平的燕昌板栗为试验材料，研究次氯酸钠的不同浓度、同一浓度不同时间、添加不同生长调节剂水浴处理对板栗在贮藏期间的生理生化变化及其贮藏效应的影响。
Using yan chang chestnut from Changping County as the experimental material , the physiological and biochemical changes of the chestnut in different water-curing treatments , concentration of sodium hypochlorite , treated time and growth regulator , were studied in this paper .
