前言：目的：探讨急性有机锡中毒的临床特点，以便早期诊断和早期治疗。

Aim : To evaluate the clinical characteristics of organotin poisoning and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and early treatment .

结论：有机锡中毒诊断一经确立，即应采取综合措施：大剂量激素使用、纠正低血钾。

Conclusion : Once organotin poisoning was diagnosed , the comprehensive treatments should be adopted , including administration of high-dose corticosteroid and remedying hypokalemia .
