方法回顾性总结1984～1998年间以腹痛为主要表现的小儿急性心包炎共8例，对其病因、症状、体征、心电图、胸部X线、二雏超声心动图、腹部B超及其他实验检查结果进行分析。

Methods Eight cases ( from 1984 to 1998 ) of acute pericarditis with abdominal pain as chief complaint were retrospectively reviewed , with the etiology , symptoms , physical signs , electrocardiogram , chest roentgenogram , echocardiogram , abdominal ultrasonogram , as well as other laboratory examinations analyzed .
