我国当前效力立法上比较混乱，应通过立法确立商事变更登记、注销登记的对抗效力，建立统一的商事登记簿制度以完善公示制度。
Since the effectiveness of the current legislation is confusing , the countermine effectiveness of commercial modification registration and cancellation registration should be established through legislation and commercial registration system should also be unified so as to improve the public notice system .
