目的：探讨原发性肺隐球菌病的临床与CT诊断。

Objective : To investigate the clinical and CT findings of primary pulmonary cryptococcosis ( PPC ) .

方法：回顾分析了4例经病理证实的原发性肺隐球菌病的临床及CT表现，并结合文献复习进行讨论。

Methods : The clinical and CT findings of 4 patients with PPC proved pathologically were retrospectively analysed , and the literature about PPC from 1998 to 2001 was reviewed .

结论原发性肺隐球菌病肺部影像表现多样，CT检查有助于PPC的诊断和随访。

Conclusion PPC showed variety abnormalities in the images , CT examination was beneficial to PPC diagnosis and follow-up the response to treatment .
