  1. 各混养组COD值和水层细菌数量相互差异不显著,但各混养组均显著低于单养组(t检验,α<0.05),混养围隔水体有机质含量明显低于单养;

    The value of COD and the number of bacteria in the water of polyculture enclosures were significantly lower than those in monoculture ones ( t-test ,α < 0.05 ), showing that the amount of organic matter in the water of polyculture systems was less than that in monoculture one .

  2. 在支出项目中,单养组和混养组收获的养殖生物分别占N总输入的25.0%和44.4%~51.5%,占P总收入的11.2%和25.1%~31.8%;

    Among the output items , the biomass harvest comprised 44.4 % ~ 51.5 % of total nitrogen input and 25.1 % ~ 31.8 % of total input phosphorus in polyculture systems , 25.0 % and 11.2 % for monoculture systems ;

    The soluble protein content and Chl-a content showed decreasing trend , but ROS content , HaOa content , MDA content and SOD activity showed increasing trend in culture alone under UV-B radiation treatment .
