在动物实验部分，我们首先考察BMSC究竟是否能够进入正常脑，给予十全大补汤能否促进其向正常脑组织的移行。

In animal experiments , first we investigated whether BMSC could enter the normal brain or not , and whether Shi-Quan-Da-Bu-Tang could promote the migration of BMSC in normal brain .

方法60只昆明种小鼠（雌雄各半）随机分为6组，分别灌服生理盐水及低、中、高浓度的十全大补汤，腹腔注射5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU），10d后颈椎脱臼处死。

Methods Divided 60 mice ( female equal male ) into 6 groups randomly , fed on saline solution , low dose , moderate dose and high dose of All Nourishing Decoction , 5-FU injection respectively .

方法：以环磷酰胺和氢化波尼松造成免疫抑制小鼠模型，分别给予100%和50%的十全大补汤灌胃，0.5ml/只/d，以SRBC-DTH、ATER、HA和脾指数作为检测指标。

Methods : The mice inhibited in immunity by CXT and Red are given 50 % SDT and 100 % SDT by gavage . The SRBC-DTH , ATER , HA and spleen index were measured .

结果：100%和50%的十全大补汤均可明显提高小鼠的SRBC-DTH水平及ATER且均可使脾重及指数明显下降，水肿减轻。

Results : The results show that both 100 % SDT and 50 % SDTI enhance the level of SRBC-DTH and increase the ATER and decrease spleen index comparison with control ( P < 0 05 ) .

目的研究十全大补汤对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。

Objective To study the effects of Shiquan Dabu Decoction on tumor-inhibition and immunity in mice with transplantable mammary cancer .

治疗组服十全大补汤，对照组服醋酸甲地孕酮，两组均给与基础营养支持治疗。

The treatment group taking Shiquandabutang ; the control group taking megestrol acetate , two groups were given basic nutritional support therapy .

结果表明，补血方药、圣逾汤、八珍汤、十全大补汤、养容汤这五种补气养血方药除了养容汤的剂量组Ⅰ外其余对环磷酰胺诱发的微核均有抑制作用。
