方法通过碳粒廓清试验，三硝基氯苯（PC）诱导小鼠迟发性变态反应试验和血清溶血素测定，分别观察参萸保健酒对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞功能、细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能的影响。

METHODS We adopted carbon particle clearance test , tardive allergy induced by PC in mice and serum hemolysin test . The mononuclear-macrophage function , cellular immune function and humoral immune function were observed .

采用高效液相色谱法对某保健酒中淫羊藿苷成分进行分析研究，结果表明，保健酒中淫羊藿苷的平均含量为0.627%，平均回收率为98.1%，相对标准差（RSD）为2.1%。

The Icariin in the medicinal wine is determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatogra-phy . The results showed that the amount of Icariin was 0 . 627 % , the average rate of recovery was 98 . 1 % , the relative standard deviation was 2.1 % .
