上巨虚

取足三里、上巨虚、天枢，每日定时针刺一次，治疗5天。

Taking " Zusanli "" Shangjuxu "" Tianshu " to acupuncture once everyday at the same time , for five days .

方法：将20条狗随机分为4组：空白对照组、非经非穴组，上巨虚组、足三里组（每组5条）。

Methods : Twenty mongrel dogs were randomly divided into four groups : control group , no point group , shangjuxu group and zusanli group .

与正常组大鼠相比，C-IBS和D-IBS模型组大鼠疼痛阈值明显降低；与模型组相比，电针上巨虚组和电针大肠俞组大鼠疼痛阈值明显升高。

Compared with the normal group , pain threshold of the model group was significantly decreased .

电针上巨虚穴后血浆中ET含量下降（P<005），但下降趋势不如足三里组明显，而GT、VIP、SS含量无显著变化；

In the Shangjuxu ( st 37 ) group , after EA stimulation , a decrease in plasma content of ET ( P < 0 05 ) was observed , but the change was not as significant as that in the Zusanli group .

SASP组用4.5%柳氮磺胺吡啶悬液胃饲治疗，穴埋组采用足三里上巨虚穴内埋线治疗。

The SASP treatment group were treated with intragastrical perfusion of 4 . 5 % SASP suspension , and the acupoint embedding thread therapy group were treated with embedding thread at " Zusanli " ( ST 36 ) and " Shangjuxu " ( ST 37 ) .

针刺人体足三里上巨虚穴对胃经其他腧穴处Ca~（2+）浓度影响的试验观察

Effect of Acupuncture of Zusanli , Shangjuxu on Ca2 + Concentration in Other Acupoints of Stomach Meridian

[结果]针刺上巨虚、足三里，可提高胃经其他腧穴处Ca2+浓度。

[ Results ] Puncturing these acupoints could increase the concentration of Ca 2 + in other acupoints of the stomach meridian .

目的观察针刺胃经上的下合穴&足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效，并探讨这3个下合穴治疗十二指肠溃疡的相对特异性。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the three Lower He ( sea ) points , e.g , Zusanli ( ST 36 ), Shangjuxu ( ST 37 ) and Xiajuxu ( ST 39 ), in the treatment of the duodenal ulcer and investigate the specificity of the three points .
