目的：根据康复治疗师训练失语症患者的治疗规范，构建一种适用于临床的失语症训练软件。

AIM : To design a clinic oriented training software for aphasia , based on training specifications of rehabilitative therapist in the treatment of aphasia patients .

2002年调查结果三级医院康复治疗师数平均每所为7.6人；二级医院为0.1人；

According to the investigation in 2002 , the number of rehabilitation therapists was averagely 7.6 in each Grade-3 hospital , 0.1 in each Grade-2 hospital and 0.3 in each Grade-1 hospital .

传统的康复方法以治疗师辅助训练为主，效率低，不能满足康复的需求。

Traditional rehabilitation methods are based on the manual training from therapist which is of low efficiency , making it difficult to meet the demand of the rehabilitation .

传统的失语症诊断及康复治疗都需要治疗师的参与，特别是在言语方面的诊断及训练更需要治疗师的主观判断，致使评估结果缺乏客观的定量和定性指标。

The methods of traditional aphasia diagnosis and rehabilitation are accomplished with the help of therapists . The diagnosis and treatment mainly depend on the subjective judgment of therapists , which is lack of an objective assessment of quantitative and qualitative indicators , especially in the area of speech training .
