方法：选择2003-01/2005-03首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院神经外二科和北京西山医院神经疾病研究治疗中心收治肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者88例。
METHODS : Eighty-eight patients with ALS treated in the Neurological Research and Treatment Center of Beijing Xishan Hospital and Second department of Neurology , Affiliated Beijing Chaoyang Hospital , Beijing Medical University between January 2003 and March 2005 were selected .
