Huangling County Department of Yan ' an City , Shaanxi , where is located in northwest inland and belongs to the Loess Plateau region .

方法选择黄陵县的6个重病村设立监测点，该区居民列为监测对象。

Methods Surveillance Site of Keshan Disease Conditions was set up in 6 villages where the disease occurred seriously in Huangling county and all local residents were listed as surveillance subjects .

沮水对岸的开阔地，传说就是当年黄帝部落的聚居地，现在是黄陵县的县城。

The large tracts of open land on the other bank of Ju River is said to be where the tribes led by the Yellow Emperor lived . Now it is the county seat of Huangling .

结论陕西省黄陵县监测点克山病的检出率呈缓慢上升态势，发病率呈平稳态势，但潜在型克山病仍有新发。
