本试验于2001～2003年度在苏中麦区高邮市（卸甲镇）和扬州大学实验农场内进行，高邮点土壤类型为乌粘土，扬州点为沙壤土，土壤肥力中等，前茬为水稻。
The experiment was conducted with the clay of Gaoyou City ( Xiejia Town ) and sandy loam of experimental farmland in Yangzhou university from 2001 to 2003 . The soil had middle lever fertilizer and the pre-planted crop was rice .
