食虫目

为了分析比较食虫目高重复顺序的结构特征，我们将食虫目动物刺猬的高重复顺序DNA进行了分离、纯化、分子克隆，并测出了1186bp的核苷酸顺序。

In order to determine the characteristics of the highly repeated sequence of insectivora , a highly repeated DNA fragment of hedgehog ( one Insectivora animal ) has been studied by molecular cloning and DNA sequencing . 1186 bp sequence has been obtained .

其中啮齿目动物2014只，食虫目动物245只，总鼠密度为12.09%，鼠密度为10.78%。

Total density of rodents and rattus was 12.09 % and 10.78 % , respectively .

2011年8月，通过铗日法和陷阱法对该区域内的小型兽类（包括食虫目、啮齿目和兔形目的鼠兔科）进行了区系和群落调查。

The mammal fauna and species communities were investigated by capturing small mammals ( including Insectivora , Rodentia and Ochotonidae ) using clamps and traps methods in August , 2011 .

监测点鼠密度在1.6%~4.4%之间波动，食虫目小兽（51%）、褐家鼠（25%）和黑线姬鼠（12%）为优势鼠种。
