提插补法治疗阴虚风动证中风的临床观察

The Clinical Study of Tonifying Therapy by Lifting and Thrusting Needling in Treating Post-Stroke Patients of the Yin Deficient Syndrome

气虚血瘀组和阴虚风动组之间亦无明显差异（P>0.05）。

Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis group and Yin Deficiency and wind act group have no distinctness ( P > 0.05 ) .

而气虚血瘀组又较阴虚风动组增高（P<0.05）。

The indexes in Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis group were higher that in Yin Deficiency and wind act group ( P < 0.05 ) .

阴虚风动：另取太溪，三阴交，照海。随症取穴：除上述体针穴位如语言不利：另取舌三针，哑门，廉泉。

Acupoints with the disease : In addition to the body acupuncture points , such as language disadvantage : tongue three needles , Yamen , Lian Quan .

五个辩证分型分别是风痰阻络、肝阳暴亢、气虚血瘀、阴虚风动、痰瘀互结。

Five dialectical classification are respectively The wind collaterals , liver Yang sputum resistance BaoKang , blood stasis , Yin deficiency pneumatic , mutual and phlegm and blood stasis .

目的：本研究根据国家中医药管理局十一五重点专科针刺治疗中风病方案临床验证对缺血性脑卒中恢复期阴虚风动型患者采用针刺治疗。

Objective : According to the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine " eleven five " key specialty of acupuncture treatment on stroke clinical validation on ischemic stroke recovery period of yin deficiency type treated with acupuncture treatment of pneumatic .

方法：选择符合中医证候诊断标准的急性脑梗死患者90例，分为风痰瘀阻、气虚血瘀和阴虚风动型三组，每组各30例；

Methods : 90 patients were divided into three groups : wind phlegm blood stasis type group ( 30 patients ), deficiency of vital energy blood stasis type group ( 30 patients ) and yin asthenia wind move type group ( 30 patients ) .
