The incidences of widening of the mediastinum , pleural effusion and pulmonary interstitial edema were lower in over 8 d group than those in the other two groups (Ρ < 0.001 ,Ρ < 0.001 and Ρ < 0.05 ) .

Differential diagnostic considerations include thoracic sarcoidosis , interstitial edema of lung .
