    Conclusion 125I seed brachytherapy can inhibit proliferation and the inhibition rate is related with total dose . 125I seed brachytherapy can change cell cycle distribution and cause G2-M phase arrest in BEL-7402 cell line .

    Objective To evaluate the response of C6 glioma cells to different doses of brachytherapy using iodine-125 ( 125I ) in vitro and study the clinical efficacy of a novel balloon brachytherapy applicator filled with 125I for gliomas .

  13. 结果:125I粒子近距离照射48h后细胞增殖抑制率为(16·72±3·23)%,96h为(36·60±7·14)%。

    RESULTS : The proliferation inhibition rates after ~ ( 125 ) I seed brachytherapy for 48 h and 96 h were ( 16.72 ± 3.23 ) % and ( 36.60 ± 7.14 ) % , respectively .
