方法：收集2003-06/12西安市第四医院职工1106名的健康查体资料，排除资料不全者，完成所有检查者768名列入统计，均知情同意。
METHODS : Health-check data of 1 106 employees of Xi'an Fourth Hospital from June to December 2003 were collected , those with incomplete data were excluded . Totally 768 subjects who had fulfilled all checks were involved in the statistics and agreed with the items .
