  1. 方法:采用健康Wistar大鼠制作40%TBSAⅢ度烫伤模型,在伤后4h、8h、24h和48h取心和肝组织匀浆,用比色法测定Na+、K+-ATPase和Ca2+-ATPase活性变化。

    Methods : We made 40 % TBSA ⅲ degree empyrosis model of wistar rat . The Na + , K + - ATPase and Ca 2 + - ATPase activity of heart and liver tissues were measured by chromatometry respectively in 4h , 8h , 24h and 48h .
