溴隐亭的作用包括:抑制泌乳素(Prolactin,PRL)的合成、使垂体腺瘤细胞体积减小、周围血管纤维化和局部细胞坏死,从而使肿瘤体积减小。
The functions of DA include : inhibit the synthesis of prolactin ( PRL ), reduce the pituitary adenoma cell volume , peripheral vessels fibrosis and localized area of cell death , thus decrease the tumor volume .
