Methods 58 cases of Mason type - ⅲ radial head fracture were treated in our department from January , 1983 to July , 2005 . 28 cases had resection of the fractured redial head , while the other 30 cases had open reduction and internal fixation .

目的探讨桡骨小头骨折手术治疗方法的选择。

Objective To explore the selection of the surgical ways for treatments of fractures of the head of radius .

方法我院自2000.6至2002.6收治5例桡骨小头骨折患者，均行手术切开复位，“鼓式”内固定术，即用钛合金指骨（或掌骨）螺钉环行内固定。

方法自2002年8月～2005年6月采用双极人工桡骨小头假体（浮动杯假体）置换的方法治疗MasonⅢ、Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折10例，新鲜骨折9例，陈旧性骨折1例。

Methods In the period from August 2002 to June 2005 , replacement with floating cup radial head prosthesis was performed to treat 10 cases of Mason ⅲ , ⅳ radial head fractures , of whom 9 were acute fractures and 1 old .
