  1. 目的分别构建三种启动子调控的大肠杆菌嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶(PNP)基因表达载体,检测、分析三者的表达差异。

  3. 目的:探讨卵巢肿瘤中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、vEGFmRNA、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷磷酸化酶(TP)和TPmRNA的表达及其临床意义。

    Objectives : To study the expression of VEGF , TP and their mRNA in ovarian tumors as well as their clinical significance .

  4. 方法:采用RT-PCR法检测了28例胃癌、14例肺癌和22例结肠癌组织及其远癌正常组织中尿嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶(UP)基因的表达。

    Methods : The mRNA level of UP gene was examined using RT-PCR in 28 cases of stomach carcinoma , 14 lung cancer and 22 colon carcinoma .
