目的：探索超声对慢性膀胱炎诊断的可行性价值，寻找和总结超声诊断规律和特点。

Objective : To investigate the diagnosis of chronic cystitis with ultrasonography .

正常人，多囊肾以及慢性膀胱炎患者，尿沉渣中WT1基因表达均为阴性。

WT1 expression in the urine of the healthy subjects or cystitis patients was negative .

结论：超声对慢性膀胱炎具有一定的准确诊断价值，但局灶性炎性增厚与膀胱癌极易混淆，应予鉴别和注意。

Conclusion : Ultrasound is valuable in diagnosing chronic cystitis . Local wall thickening might be confused with carcinoma .

放射性膀胱疾病可分为急性放射性膀胱炎、慢性放射性膀胱炎和放射性膀胱瘘3型。

Radiation bladder disease is divided into acute radiation cystitis , chronic radiation cystitis and radiation vesical fistula .

临床上最多见的是慢性放射性膀胱炎，其临床主要表现为无痛性肉眼血尿，又分为轻、重两度。

Chronic radiation cystitis is seen most often in the clinic and its main clinical symptom is painless macroscopic hematuria , which is again subdivided into slight and severe degrees .
