个体软件过程（Personalsoftwareprocess：PSP）和团队软件过程（TeamSoftwareProcess：TSP）在国外许多著名软件企业得到了广泛应用，并由此带来了令人瞩目的成效，但他们在我国的实际应用还刚刚起步。

Personal software process ( PSP ) and Team Software Process ( TSP ) have been widely used in many top software development enterprises , which have created great benefit for these enterprises . However , few IT companies in China have adapted these two processes .

提出在现有的辅助软件过程改进的支撑工具中加入个人级和团队级的软件过程管理及改进的方法，即提出基于PSP/TSP的软件过程改进框架，以期在软件组织中进一步完善软件过程改进作用。

This paper puts forward the method of integrating PSP and TSP into existing supported tools assisted the software process improvement , which named the PSP / TSPbased software process improvement framework . This method will enhance the framework 's function of software process improvement in software organizations .
