卵巢囊肿蒂扭转

方法：对1994年1月至2006年2月14例经腹腔镜诊断和治疗的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

Methods : The clinical data of 14 patients with ovarian torsion diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy from Jan.1994 to Feb.2006 were reviewed retrospectively .

结果62例妊娠期急腹症患者中，宫内宫外妊娠16例，卵巢扭转3例，卵巢囊肿蒂扭转5例，卵巢良性畸胎瘤18例，卵巢黄素囊肿4例，急性胆囊炎5例，急性阑尾炎11例。

Results Among the 62 pregnant women , there were 16 of uterine pregnancy with ectopic pregnancy , 3 of ovarian torsion , 5 of pedicel torsion in ovarian cyst , 18 of ovarian teratoma , 5 of cholecystitis , and 11 of appendicitis .
