本文依据Booth系统，采用单孢子分离纯系，结合光镜和扫描电镜观察，该病原菌鉴定为半知菌纲Deuteromycetes、镰刀菌属Fusarium的茄类镰刀菌FusariumSolani（Mart）。

The isolated fungi strain ( pathogen ) is identified as Fusarium solani ( Mart . ) according to the system of Booth by using the one-conidium-isolated homogenous hyphae .
