方法Ⅰ型单纯皮肤撕脱损伤Ⅰa闭合性撕脱伤9例，Ⅰb开放性撕脱伤66例，Ⅱ型合并骨折和关节脱位70例。

Method : Type ⅰ: simple form avulsion injury ; ⅰ a : 9 cases were the close avulsions , ⅰ b : 66 cases were the open avulsions . Type ⅱ: The fracture or dislocation complications were 70 cases .

所有患者均无关节脱位、假体松动和断裂。

All patients had no dislocation , loosening or breakage of prosthesis .
