五育并举

一是健全人格与五育并举。

First , the " perfect personality " and education simultaneously .

在此前提下，蔡元培提出了教育要独立于政党、教派之外，以五育并举的方法培养健全的人格，发展人的自由个性。

改革开放前，党的教育方针只提德育、智育、体育全面发展，改革开放后，曾有德智体美四育并举和德智体美劳五育并举之争，争论之后仍提德智体全面发展；
