Conclusion : YJC could improve LV systolic function on early stage and late stage in cardiac cycles , and mainly improve the systolic function of the region with low SS of LV .

结论：银蒺胶囊可以改善心绞痛（血瘀证）患者左心室收缩早、晚期收缩功能，而且主要提高低收缩率区心肌收缩功能。
