Objective : To approach the factors which influence the lithotripsy with endourological U100 laser on treatment of ureteric calculi .

Conclusions : U100 laser lithotripsy is a quick , effective , safe , less invasive performance , and it is easy to operate . It is indicated as the first choice in the treatment of ureteral stones .

结论：U100激光碎石治疗输尿管结石具有快速、高效、安全、创伤小、操作简单等优点，可作为输尿管结石的首选治疗方法。
