Objection : To study effect of the TEST-YOLKBuffer ( TYB ) cryoprotectant and two freeze methods on motility of human sperm .

Conclusions : TYB cryoprotectant has significant effect on sperm motility , the longer time mixed with TYB cryoprotectant , the more effect on sperm motility .
