Objective To investigate the expression of kinesin superfamily ( KIF ) genes in cerebral cortex of adult and newborn SD rats .

目的探讨大鼠大脑皮质神经元驱动蛋白超家族（KIF）基因在脑发育时期和成年期表达的差异，揭示KIF在脑发育和神经功能维持方面的作用。

AIM : To investigated the effect of1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine ( MPTP ) on the expression of kinesin superfamily ( KIF ) genes in striatum and substantia nigra in C57BL mice .

前言：目的：揭示1-甲基-4-苯基-1，2，3，6-四氢吡啶（MPTP）对C57BL小鼠黑质与纹状体神经元驱动蛋白超家族（KIF）基因表达的影响。

Suggesting that this mutation may be a molecular markers that closely linked to a master gene or regulatory factor which impacting cashmere fineness . Therefore , used KIF type I gene genetic marker-assisted selection cashmere fineness has certain basis .

推测该突变位点可能是与影响绒细度的一个主效基因或调控因子紧密连锁的分子遗传标记。因此在山羊育种中利用KIFI基因标记辅助选择绒细度是有一定依据的。
