Conclusion Cefepime ( maxipime ) was efficacious on children with moderate and severe respiratory infection , and it was also safety .

目的评价头孢吡肟（马斯平）与舒巴坦/头孢哌酮（舒普深）治疗儿童呼吸系统中重度细菌性感染的疗效及安全性。

Objectives To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of cefepime ( Maxipime ) and sulbactam / cefoperazone ( sulperazone ) on moderate and severe respiratory infection in children .

舒普深、阿米卡星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星敏感性分别为100%、92.31%、94.74%、81.82%，罗氏芬、头孢噻肟、马斯平的敏感性在70%左右，氯霉素、复方新诺明、氨苄青霉素的敏感性在18%以下。

The sensitivity of Sulperazone , Amikacin , Ciprofloxacin , Norfloxacin were 100 % , 92.31 % , 94.74 % , 81.82 % , The sensitivity of Rocephin , Cefotaxime , Maxipime were about 70 % . The sensitivity of Chloromycin , SMZ-TMP and Ampicillin were under 18 % .
