结果在昏迷第1天GCS和脑干反射无预测价值，在第1、3、7、10天GCS和脑干反射的预后准确率均低于90%，各种诱发电位的预后准确率均高于93%。

Results Neither GCS nor brainstem reflexes had prognostic value on 1st day . On 3rd , 7th and 10th day , GCS and brainstem predicted outcome with no more than 90 % accuracy . EPs predicted outcome with more than 93 % accuracy .
