Objective : To investigate the frequency of G6PD deficiency gene in the Yao nationality in Libo county , Guizhou .

目的研究巯基嘌呤甲基转移酶（TPMT）活性在中国汉族和瑶族人群中的分布。

方法用突变特异性扩增系统（ARMS）法对广西瑶族34例和汉族37例G6PD缺乏者进行中国常见的三种G6PD基因突变型筛查。

Methods The three common G6PD gene mutations in Chinese were investigated in 34 G6PD deficient individuals from Yao and 37 from Han people by using an amplification refractory mutation system ( ARMS ) .

方法：随机选取280名荔波县当地瑶族男性居民，采用四氮唑蓝（NBT）纸片定性法初筛，G6PD/6PGD比值法定量确诊。

Methods : 280 male subjects were randomly selected from the local people , NBT qualitative and G6PD / 6PGD quantitative methods were used to detect G6PD deficiency .

研究结论：1、白裤瑶族人群PPARδ+294TC的基因型和等位基因频率分布与当地的汉族人群存在显著差异，白裤瑶族人群C等位基因频率较汉族人群低。

There were significant difference in the allelic and genotypic frequencies of PPAR δ + 294TC polymorphism between Bai Ku Yao and Han populations . The frequency of PPAR δ + 294C allele was lower in Bai Ku Yao than in Han . 2 .

结论恭城县G-6-PD缺乏发病率，瑶族比汉族的稍低，但民族间的差异比地域间的差异相对要小。

Conclusion G-6-PD deficiency frequency of Yao ethnic group is slightly higher than that of Han ethnic group , but the difference between ethnic groups is relatively smaller than the difference among areas .

方法使用G-6-PD试纸法初筛，四氮唑蓝定量法测定确认的方法调查对2050名（男1126，女1124）瑶族和874名（男481，女393）汉族初中学生进行G-6-PD缺乏症的调查。

Methods NBT G-6-PD quantification by G-6-PD test paper screening in 2050 Yao ethnic students ( 1126 boys and 1124 girls ) and 874 Han ethnic students ( 481 boys , 393 girls ) in middle junior school .
