结果表明：虎骨、豹骨、熊骨、狗骨的颗粒面积和颗粒百分比近似，猫骨颗粒面积最大。

The results showed that the powder area and percentage of bones of tiger , leopard , bear and dog were similar . And the powder area of cat 's bone was the largest .

Seven kinds of midpiece of animal tibia , i.e.tiger , leopard , bear , cattle , pig , dog and cat , were selected in the experiment . Comparision observation was conducted on the tissue structure of these bones by means of bone trituration-staining and bone sectionstaining .
