应用颅脑CT扫描对清开灵注射液治疗脑出血进行治疗前后对比观察，发现其液化吸收率达96.70%，血肿完全消失者占76.92%，表明清开又注射液能促进颅内血肿液化吸收，减轻脑水肿。

The intracranial CT is applied to the contrast observation before and after the treatment on cerebral hemorrhage treated with Qing-Kai-Ling injection . It is found that the liquefaction absorption rate reaches 96.7 % , and the ones the hematoma disappears completely accounts for 76.92 % .

方法：全面收集清开灵注射液治疗急性中风的临床试验，在严格质量评价的基础上，利用RevMan进行随机效应模型的Meta分析；

Methods : All the reports of clinical trials that use OKL as the main intervention to treat acute stroke were retrieved and collected and random_effect model of Meta_analysis was preformed by using the statistical software Review Manager ( RevMan 3.1.1 ) on the basis of strict quality evaluation ;

结果：对样品进行1∶10稀释，用灵敏度为0.5EU/mL的鲎试剂，无干扰作用。结论：清开灵注射液内毒素限值按7.5EU/mL进行细菌内毒素检查结果安全可靠，可以代替热原检查。

Results : The test wasn 't interfered when limulus reagent ( 0 5 EU / mL ) was used and sample was diluted in a ration of 1 to 10 . Conclusion : This method for BET was accurate and reliable and can replace the pyrogen test .
