目的调查我院使用中的层流洁净病房的空气质量，比较四种采样方法的相关性。

Objective To investigate the air quality of the laminar-flow clean ward used in this hospital and to compare the relations to four sampling methods .

结果建层流洁净病房前保护性隔离患者医院感染率为47.06%，建层流洁净病房后为3.57%，两者之间差异有显著性（P<0.01）。

Results Nosocomial infection rate in patients before and after the setting up of laminar flow wards was 47.06 % and 3.57 % respectively , there was significant difference between them ( P < 0.01 ) .
