根据上周发布的一项对2952名大学文化程度白领工人进行的研究，在33岁至46岁、技能熟练的X世代女白领中，高达43%的人还没有孩子。

但40岁以前结婚的大学文化程度白人女性的离婚可能性要小得多。

But white women with college degrees who had gotten married by age 40 were much more likely not to have divorced .

到2008年，大学文化程度白人女性的这个比例上升到86%，只拥有高中文凭的女性这一比例下降到了88%。
