单向扩散试验

本文报道单向琼脂扩散试验及淋巴细胞转化试验对51例神经系统炎症病人（脑炎及脑膜炎）进行血清及脑脊液中C3、IgG、IgA、IgM测定。

The serum and C_3 , IgG , IgA , IgM in the cerebrospinal fluid were measured in patients with inflammation in the nervous system by single agar diffusion test and lymphocyte transformation test .

研究内容：分别利用单向免疫扩散试验与50%溶血法（CH50）测定系统锻炼前后血清中C3、C4含量与补体活性。

C3 or C4 quantities of the students ' sera were detected by single immunodiffusion , and complements activities were analyzed using complement hemolysis 50 % ( CH50 ) .

本文采用单向琼脂扩散试验（SRTD）血循环免疫复合物测定法（CiC）及淋巴细胞转化试验（LTT）对50例复发性口腔溃疡患者及50例正常人进行了系列免疫指标测定。

In this paper , we have determined series immune index of 50 patients with Aphthae ulcer ( RAU ) and 50 normal persons , using SRID , CIC and LTT .
