目的探讨联合手术治疗儿童先天性髌骨脱位的疗效。

Objective To study the curative effectiveness of combination operation in the treatment of congential dislocation of patella .

传统术式联合股骨下端成形术治疗青少年先天性髌骨脱位

Traditional surgery combined with plasty of femoral inferior extremity for the treatment of congenital dislocation of patella in adolescent

方法先天性髌骨脱位患儿5例，采用联合手术的方法对髌骨脱位进行治疗；

Methods From Jan. 2000 to March 2004 , 5 cases of congenital dislocation patella were treated through combination operation and these cases were reviewed .

方法：自1987年～2000年共收治先天性髌骨脱位患者6例，年龄8岁～48岁，平均年龄17岁，左侧4例，右侧2例；

Methods : 6 cases with congenital dislocation of patella were treated with reconstructing soft tissues around patella from 1987 to 2000 . The age of the patients at the surgery varied from 8 to 48 years . All cases wer unilateral , 4 in left , 2 in right .
