方法：实验于2001-03/12在上海中医药大学病理学实验室完成。将62只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组。

METHODS : The experiment was completed in the Laboratory of Pathology of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between March and December 2001 . Sixty-two Wistar rats were assigned randomly into 3 groups .

地点和对象：实验在上海中医药大学脊柱病研究所完成，对象为8月龄清洁级SD大鼠60只，雌雄各30只。

SETTING and PARTICIPANTS : The study was conducted in the Research Institute of Spine , Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medical . Subjects were sixty 8 month old SD rats with 30 rats in each gender ( clean grade ) .
